It is with deep pleasure and enthusiasm that I get to recommend Sharyn Scott as a talented singer/songwriter. I have known Sharyn for several years, first through her music and later when she was a regular “Gift of Music” at our spiritual center. Her music is piano based and soulful with a vulnerable quality that can take a church service to a deep and meaningful space. Because of Sharyn’s vocal strength she can also bring the best of contemporary music with its joyful rhythms as well; and still with her unique interpretation that can bring any song to life.
I have also witnessed Sharyn share her gift of music at senior centers where her vast repertoire of classic standards uplifts the heart-young and old alike. She is really engaging with Seniors. T here is a great interchange between singer and audience that is fun and uplifting.
I would also add that, with our many bookings with Sharyn, she has always been punctual, on time, and professional in every way. You may be sure that you can count on her to show up when you have a solid agreement.
