Sharyn Scott was born in Cornwall, England, where she began singing at the age of 9. At 13 she landed a record deal performing her own material. At 16 she began studying with renowned vocal instructor Seth Riggs, and soon was singing in London’s famous Regent’s Park and on the London stage. Sharyn continued to study with Mr. Riggs and his wife Kathleen, and later with Seth’s renowned protege Roger Love.
Sharyn gained an international reputation which culminated in a two-year performance as The Mistress in Evita at the Shubert Theater in Hollywood. She has appeared in feature films, has sung on national commercials, and has performed with some of the greatest musicians on the planet.
Sharyn currently performs at senior living centers throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Some of her clients include The Motion Picture and Television Fund Home, The Jewish Home for the Aging, Brookdale Gardens, Sunrise Center, and more.
