When I first came to Sharyn for vocal lessons I was a shy 14-year-old freshman trying out for one of the mains in my school musical. I knew little about the technicalities of the voice and how to use it to truly move people.
Since taking lessons with Sharyn I learned to develop my vibrato, use different fluctuations of my voice, and locate my mix. Not only did I get the part in the school musical, I was able to sing the National Anthem and the Staples Center, in which I had the help of Sharyn to prepare for both of them.
Sharyn has helped me beyond just building my singing voice. On top of that, she’s helped me find my real voice, the courage and confidence to share my voice with an audience.
